Computer

Relational Databases: 

• • FileMaker - I use it multiple times a day - relatively expensive, but great interface

  • MS Access - Included in business versions of MS 365 - More powerful that Filemaker in many ways, but not as intuitive

Productivity Tools:

• Smartsheet - I've built several systems for my condominium with this remarkable tool - only when I couldn't find a commercial tool that did the job.

  • Project Management - Schedule & Cost

  • Resident Communication Form - For submission of issues and tracking them

  • Board Meeting Policies & Authorizations Record - For organization Board

• Microsoft Project - An Excellent professional level traditional Project Management tool - too complex for my staff

• Evernote - Freeform repository for collecting and retrieving information - particularly web pages

• AI Search - As of late 2024 the search and research capabilities of the major AI tools have become extraordinarily capable.  I use Google Gemini, Perplexity, MS CoPilot multiple times/day.

Buildings

• Revit - The building industry's standard 3D program currently - I introduced and taught the basics for years

• Autocad - The building industry's standard 2D program.  I pioneered its use in the Delaware Valley
